From Admin-> Catalog -> Product when you add/edit product in right side is displayed an rounded box "Post to FB Wall?" with two options 
YES/NO
 
If yes is chosed and product status = Enabled then product info (link, picture, descriptions) are posted to Facebook Fan page. (page defined in admin)
